Connecting With Others

The STC Alberta Mentorship Program has been very successful over the past three years and, after a summer break, it's time again to get the service running.

Whether you are new to the profession or a seasoned pro, there are always new and challenging opportunities around the corner. What better way to meet those challenges than armed with the knowledge and experience of someone who has tackled those challenges before you. Likewise, if you have some experience in the industry you probably have knowledge, experience, and skills that others could benefit from. In either case, consider participating in our mentorship program.

The mentorship relationship can range from a single telephone or e-mail conversation to a day of job shadowing to ongoing support and advice. Mentors and mentorees are matched according to the needs, skills, approach, and kind of commitment that each desires. To participate, just complete the appropriate form below and e-mail them to mentorship@stc-alberta.org. These forms are in Microsoft Word and RTF formats for convenience -- hardcopy or PDF versions are available by e-mail request (same address as above).
