Administrative Meetings

STC Alberta administrative council meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of every month. Currently, meetings are held at:

About the CTI

This year's venue is situated in University Research Park. Parking is free anytime after 5:00 p.m. and there is lots of it. Visitor parking is marked, and is close to the front door. If you are taking the LRT, get off at the Brentwood station; the CTI is across the parking lot from there.

Note: Sometimes it is required that we alter the normally scheduled date and/or venue; please check the Calendar to confirm exact dates and locations.

These meetings are an informal yet structured opportunity for the Administrative Council to share ideas and news, plan for future Chapter events, and ensure that we continue to meet our goals. An agenda is available ahead of time, prepared by the Alberta Chapter President.

Meetings commence at 5:30 p.m. and generally finish by 7:30 p.m.

All members of the Society are very welcome to join the council at these regular meetings.
